Course Description

The primary goal of the CBI course is to prepare all Air National Guard officers and NCOs to work together as a team to identify and respond to contemporary base issues.

Topics covered include status, military discipline, ethics, standards, readiness, mental health; domestic operations, and leadership. These topics are covered via lecture and interactive scenarios.

This is a course taught by JAGs but not for just JAGs.  The cadre represent all statuses, including traditional drill-status guardsmen, technicians and AGRs. They possess an amazing energy, dedication, and desire to ensure ANG leaders have the tools and information they need to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
