Contemporary Base Issues (CBI) Course Website 

The CBI course prepares Air National Guard officers and NCOs to work together to identify and address contemporary base issues.

 

Instruction covers status, military discipline, ethics, standards, readiness, mental health, domestic operations, and leadership through lectures and interactive scenarios.

 

Although taught by JAGs, CBI is designed for all Airmen. The cadre represent all statuses — drill‑status guardsmen, technicians, and AGRs — and bring strong energy, dedication, and a commitment to equipping ANG leaders for a rapidly evolving environment.
